These terms govern your use of amarareserve.co and any purchase made through it. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them. This site is operated by Christopher Daniel Hayes, trading as Amara Reserve.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorised to use it.

3. Products and descriptions

Our garments are printed to order. We work to represent colours, sizing and print placement accurately, but screens vary and a small variation in print position or shade between items is normal for print-on-demand production and is not a defect. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken when the order is submitted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order - for example where an item is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a listing contained an error - and will refund any payment in full if we do.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timeframes, shipping costs and responsibility for parcels in transit are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to return an item, the 30-day window and how refunds are issued are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and other content on this site are owned by or licensed to Amara Reserve and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute our designs or content without written permission. Any trademarks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and these terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana and the United States, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
